Need event and exhibition experience
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- Site Management:
- Oversee the overall setup and breakdown of the event site.
- Ensure that the venue is prepared according to specifications, including layout, signage, and accessibility.
- Coordination:
- Act as the main point of contact between the event organizers, vendors, and venue staff.
- Coordinate with security, catering, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Staff Supervision:
- Manage and direct event staff and volunteers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure everyone is clear on their roles.
- Logistics:
- Oversee the logistics of transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to and from the site.
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary materials are available and in good condition.
- Problem-Solving:
- Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the event, from technical difficulties to logistical challenges.
- Adapt to unexpected changes or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to the event.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and implement emergency procedures as needed.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and constant communication with all stakeholders throughout the event.
- Provide updates and feedback to the event organizers regarding the site’s status.
- Post-Event Duties:
- Oversee the breakdown and clean-up process, ensuring the site is left in good condition.
- Conduct a debriefing session to evaluate what went well and what could be improved for future events.
- Leader: Serve as the primary leader on-site, guiding the team and making critical decisions.
- Facilitator: Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Problem Solver: Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving any challenges that arise.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the event meets the standards set by the organizers in terms of quality and presentation.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
