Service Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coordinate with service team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of service-related equipment or material.
- Stock monitoring/ forecasting and purchasing.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Handle the processing of all sales orders / quotations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Provide weekly reports whenever asked by the Divisional Manager.
- Highly recommended to have the ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in relevant discipline or related business discipline, technical qualification is highly preferred
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator, specialized in product procurement (foreign/ local orders) to a certain extent
- Good computer skills (MS Office/ Orion/etc.)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Willing to work extra hours when ever required
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
