Security Guard
·Regularly inspect facilities to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance or safety issues.
·Monitor the use of space and resources to optimize efficiency.
·Ensure facilities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
·Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve safety concerns.
·Document and report any observed issues or concerns regarding facilities and equipment.
·Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and facility-related incidents.
.Work closely with the Facilities Management team to address maintenance needs promptly.
·Communicate with other departments to understand their facility-related requirements and address concerns.
· Act as a point of contact during emergencies, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
· Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response.
· Identify opportunities for energy conservation and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
· Liaise with tenants or relevant stakeholders to address their facility-related needs.
. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
