Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor salon staff to achieve personal and team goals.
• Handle scheduling and inventory management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and salon policies.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales and staff productivity.
• Organize training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in salon management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of beauty services and products.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in cosmetology or business management are a plus.
