Full job description
Purchase Executive is a mid level role wherein the employee will be involved in communication with multiple in-house departments and coordinating with multiple suppliers to find the right fit product within budget, timeframe, vendor and other specified constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store keeper to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Manage the timely delivery of goods to meet project schedules.
  • Cost Management: Track and manage procurement costs to stay within budget and contribute to the company's profitability.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and provide regular reports on purchasing performance, cost savings, and supplier evaluations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
