Purchase Accountant Required

Hygiene Fresh is a leading manufacturer of hygiene products, dedicated to providing high-quality solutions to our customers worldwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant (Female ) to join our Procurement and Purchase department .
Key Responsibilities:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing procurement transactions, ensuring accurate recording and processing of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to monitor budgets and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procurement processes.
  • Sourcing new vendors internationally and locally. Reconcile supplier accounts and maintain proper documentation.
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely payments and negotiate favorable payment terms.
  • Support the sourcing of new vendors and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • years of proven experience as an accountant or Procurement role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, focus, Quick Books, similar).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Language required English and Tagalogue
