Project Sales Coordinator (Female)
We are currently looking for a Project Sales Coordinator (Female) who will serve as a bridge between sales, Project and technical teams. specialized in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems. This role involves coordinating project-related tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting sales initiatives, and coordinating procurement. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical, electronics, or a related technical field.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 3,500 per month

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the sales team by preparing project proposals, managing client communications, and following up on key deliverables. Ensure timely submission of proposals, invoices, and necessary documentation by effectively coordinating between customers, the proposal team, and the sales account manager.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, database research, and various lead generation strategies. Execute follow-up communications, including phone calls and emails, to nurture leads, advance them through the sales pipeline, and schedule client meetings.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, schedules, and delivery deadlines to ensure smooth execution. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors, to prepare reporting, documentation, and address any issues that may arise.
- Procurement Support: Work closely with the project team to anticipate material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery. Coordinate logistics to ensure materials are delivered to project sites according to schedule, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent multitasking abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, gate barriers, and other low-voltage technologies. Proficiency in project management processes, tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales coordination, project management, procurement, or a similar role within a technical environment.
Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 3,500 per month
