Project Manager (Fit Out Works)
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will oversee and ensure the successful supervision of the interior design project from inception to completion. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining project timelines, managing resources effectively, and fostering clear communication between stakeholders.
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
- Supervise the execution of the interior design project, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among project stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Supervision/Project Management within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in client management.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer, Project Management, or related field.
- Previously worked in a consultant firm or Fit Out Company is preferred.
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
