Pastry Chef
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Bakery Chef who is passionate about creating delicious pastries and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry production, a creative flair for recipe development, and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of pastry cooks.
Responsibilities:
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Develop new pastry recipes and menu items that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Train and mentor pastry cooks on proper baking techniques, recipe execution, and food safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate pastry offerings with overall menu offerings.
- Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, fondant , bread, and traditional recipes
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative ability to develop innovative pastry recipes while also executing classic favorites.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- A culinary degree or certification from a reputable institution is preferred.
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
