Operations & Strategy Manager
About the Role:
As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Real Estate business in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance operational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and position our company as a market leader.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Real Estate business in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance operational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and position our company as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's overall vision and goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance productivity and performance.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed business decisions. Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the business. Develop contingency plans and implement risk management strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market share. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role within the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including local regulations, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and adapting to different cultural norms.
