Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing, servicing, automotive, or industrial factory. Marine background a plus.
-Excellent English communication skills
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Immediate availability without any notice period
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Report to the Service Manager
- Oversee and manage the operations of the service center
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and high-quality repair and maintenance services
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of parts and supplies
- Manage and lead a team of service center staff to optimize productivity and performance
