Gargash Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Dubai, is dedicated to delivering top-tier medical care and patient-centered services. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Arabic Speaking Charge Nurse to oversee our Outpatient Department (OPD) operations and ensure the highest standard of care.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff in the OPD, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Oversee daily operations of the OPD, including staff assignments, workflow management, and patient care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and standards of care.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, patients, and their families, ensuring clear communication and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal care plans.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care outcomes.
• Mentor and train nursing staff, promoting continuous professional development.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting in Dubai, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (DHA License or DHA Eligibility is mandatory).
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (spoken and written); proficiency in English is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in nursing care.
• Demonstrated ability to manage patient care in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
