IBS Site Acquisition Coordinator

  • Perform Site acquiring E2E including site hunt,
  • Provide Building information report,
  • BM approach and feedback
  • Provide Technical site survey within SAQ Scope
  • Collecting initial acceptance and floor layout as per design team requirement
  • arrangement/access for required teams,
  • DAS design submission to BM and follow up for the approval.
  • KOM arrangement,
  • participation and discussion related implementation issues related to access/ BM approvals,
  • All required approvals from BM including but not limited to design and CF/NOC, access arrangement for other parties as per the SOW,
  • support for technical team whenever needed,
  • provide Power forecast.
  • Friendly sites acquiring Site share as well (if included within our scope).
Requirement:
Female Candidate Only
Arabic Speaking is a must
Driving License is mandatory
Customer Service, Real Estate experience is advantage
Can join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
