HR COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and processing applications.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous HR experience is an advantage.
