Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring the alignment of our HR strategies with our business goals. The HR Manager will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process.
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
· Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
· Gather information on hours worked for each employee from their supervisors.
· Calculate the correct payable amounts incorporating overtime, bonuses and other additions, penalties, expenses and other deductions, etc.
· Participates in conduction of employee complaints investigations or concerns.
· Maintain and updates HR Information System to ensure that all personnel information is properly & accurately captured, effectively managed and maintained at all times.
· Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
· Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field.
· In-depth knowledge of the UAE labor law and HR best practices.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
