- Greet guests with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
- Take the time to understand each guest’s preferences and dietary needs and offer recommendations that cater to their tastes and interests.
- Serve food and beverages with a caring touch, ensuring every dish is presented at its best and every interaction is engaging.
- Address any guest concerns or issues with empathy and creativity.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow waiters to ensure smooth service and a harmonious atmosphere.
- Stay curious and open to learning new techniques and approaches to service and bring your own innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Passion for Service
- Warm and approachable with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- An ability to work collaboratively with others while also being independent when needed.
- A flexible approach to handling a variety of tasks and adapting to different guest needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we’re more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
