We are seeking creative and passionate female florists to join our dynamic team. As a florist, you will be responsible for crafting beautiful floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the aesthetics of our shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique flower bouquets and arrangements.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences for floral designs.
- Provide expert advice on flower care and arrangement options.
- Ensure flowers are fresh, well-maintained, and presented beautifully.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking flowers and supplies.
- Participate in store merchandising and seasonal decoration.
- Process customer orders for events such as weddings, birthdays, and special occasions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Experience in floral design or a passion for flowers (training can be provided for beginners).
- Attention to detail and creativity in crafting floral arrangements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-oriented approach.
