Responsibilities:
- Assist special needs students in their daily activities, including personal care, therapy sessions, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other staff members to implement individualized care plans and support strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the well-being and security of all students at all times.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in special needs care and rehabilitation techniques.
- Previous experience working in rehabilitation centers or similar settings, preferably with special needs individuals.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
