Position: Driver Installer & Handyman
Location: United Arab Emirates
License Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License for 3-ton truck
Responsibilities:
1. Drive a 3-ton truck to transport materials, tools, and equipment to project sites.
2. Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment at customer locations.
3. Perform handyman tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and carpentry work as needed.
4. Assist in loading and unloading of items from the truck and at project sites.
5. Follow scheduled routes and adhere to transportation regulations and safety standards.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the truck and tools to ensure safe operations.
7. Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members regarding project requirements and progress.
8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the installation work.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to driving, installation, and maintenance tasks.
10. Keep accurate records of mileage, delivery logs, and maintenance activities for the truck.
Requirements:
1. Valid UAE driving license for a 3-ton truck with a clean driving record.
2. Proven experience in driving and handling installation projects in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in installing and assembling furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
4. Strong handyman skills with knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks.
5. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and problem-solve on-site.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
7. Physical fitness and stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
8. Time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
9. Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and overtime as required.
10. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to driving and handyman tasks.
