Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimations for interior design projects.
- Manage and organize project data using Excel (advanced proficiency required).
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Help with material sourcing, mood board preparation, and FFE management.
- Provide administrative support and help in day-to-day project coordination.
- Work closely with the lead designer to ensure timely project completion.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of interior design, FFE, or project estimation (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- A valid UAE driving license (preferred).
AED 2,000 - AED 5,000 per month
