The Data Entry/Accountant Assistant is responsible for assisting the accounting department with daily administrative tasks, performing accurate data entry, and supporting financial record-keeping. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and proficiency in handling accounting software and data processing tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or databases.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records of financial transactions.
- Assist with reconciliations of accounts, including bank statements and invoices.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and financial statements.
- Help with preparing financial reports for review by senior accountants or managers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoicing queries.
- Support the accounting team in preparing tax forms, audits, and year-end reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and sensitive company information.
Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Account: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
