Customer Support Executive (Inbound and Outbound) - Tamil
The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.
The candidate should be a graduate with minimum of 5 years of work experienceand have good experience handling large numbers of key accounts and calls.
Job Purpose:
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Job Purpose:
- Client Management – To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Customer Relationship – To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Customer Retention – Solve customers’ issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Customer Support: 5 years (Required)
