Customer Service Associate
Duties & Responsibilities
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 – 48 per week

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests as assign by manager.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Follow any additional instructions from management / superior when needed.
- Must be a UAE national.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; fluency in English is an added advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
