Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cricket coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate young players.
Candidates with UAE certification for Cricket coaching will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

- Develop and implement training programs suited to various skill levels and age groups.
- Lead regular practice sessions, drills, and fitness training.
- Provide technical and tactical guidance to players.
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
- Assist in organizing Cricket matches, tournaments, and events.
- Collaborate with the academy’s management and staff to meet overall goals.
- Proven experience as a Cricket coach (coaching certification preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Cricket techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Ability to work with youth players of all skill levels.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for developing talent and fostering teamwork.
- First aid certification (preferred).
- UAE certification for Cricket coaching will be given priority.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
