Client Service Executive / Project Coordinator
We are a leading Display Solution, Signage, Exhibition and Graphics production company located in Dubai Production City.
We are currently seeking proactive, dynamic candidates to join our expanding team as Client Servicing Executive / Project Coordinator.
Job Description:
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Job Description:
- Communicate with clients to identify and define the project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with designers & production team to ensure project success.
- Assist and support the sales team on managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
- Plan project schedules and manage team goals.
- Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage project related paper works by ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Prepare accurate job quotations & job order, ensuring thorough understanding of project requirements and cost estimation processes.
- Excellent in communication via email, including, managing multiple email inquiries, and responding promptly.
- Conduct fieldwork as and when required, including attending client meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities outside of the office environment.
- Proficient in negotiating terms, prices with clients to ensure best outcomes for the project and the organization.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings and presentations.
- Track sales leads and client’s order.
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost saving measures.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide service most suitable for the client’s needs.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Technical Studies or Business Administration
- Proven 2 years’ experience as a Client Service Executive or Project Coordinator or similar role in the Advertising, Printing, Fit Out, Signages industry is mandatory.
- Should possess advanced skills in MS Office, specifically in Excel; including but not limited to data analysis, creating spreadsheets, using formulas and functions, and generating reports.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours as projects may demand.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally to team members & clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate dedication to meeting project deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
