Cashier/Accountant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cashier/Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and experience in handling cash and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of cash transactions.
  • Manage daily cash flow, including cash register balancing and cash deposits.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reporting for management.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any discrepancies or inquiries from customers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a cafĂ©.
  • Proven experience as a cashier or accountant.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in both English and Arabic Languages.
Duty Hrs: 3.00 PM to 12.00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
