Building Watchman

Building Watchman-Sharjah
This job is for the position of a building watchman to be located in Muwaileh Commercial Area of Sharjah. The watchman will be required to perform all cleaning duties, and ensure excellent condition of the building.
The candidate should also be experienced in performing minor maintenance tasks, and will be required to strongly support the maintenance team.
The candidate should be of polite and cooperative nature, and be able to get along well with other people.
This is an immediate position and the candidate should be able to join immediately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as watchman
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate well in Hindi, and conversation English.
- Positive and cooperative attitude with ability to handle pressure situations.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary Aed 1500/-
- Air ticket after 2 Years
- 2 months leave after 2 years
- Visa will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 15/09/2024
