Barista / Head Barista- Specialty Coffee
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistent quality
- Educate customers on different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ensure all coffee equipment is clean and well-maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with regular customers
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop in UAE
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee craftsmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts
