Location: Dots Cafe Mohamed Bin Zayed Branch (Pre Opening Food Truck)
Role Overview:
As a Barista at Dots Cafe, you'll be the face of our specialty coffee service, educating customers on our menu, making recommendations, and ensuring every cup is perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Educate customers on our premium drinks menu.
- Make recommendations and upsell special items.
- Take and prepare orders efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and suggestions.
- Maintain cleanliness and equipment.
- Ensure all stations are stocked.
- Report safety hazards and equipment issues.
- Provide fast, friendly service, and build customer relationships.
- Prior experience in specialty coffee.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of brewing equipment.
- Ability to work various shifts.
