Barista
Location: Al Yahar, Al Ain. Ready to relocate
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Prepare Beverages: Make and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee bar and equipment clean and sanitized, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and inform management of any shortages.
- Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu items, including seasonal specials, and be able to explain ingredients and preparation methods to customers.
- Latte Art: Create visually appealing latte art to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other baristas and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with coffee machines and brewing equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in beverage quality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of the job.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Barista in UAE: 3 years (Required)
- Al-Ayn (Preferred)
