Position Summary

Summary of Main Duties

• Engage with the teams to comprehend project requirements, objectives, and limitations. Develop comprehensive AV system designs integrating audio, video, control, and network elements.
• Produce detailed engineering drawings, schematics for AV systems. Ensure that designs adhere to Sharjah Health Authority and JCI standards and regulations
• Ensuring that AV hardware and software is prepared to meet the needs of the organization.
• Work closely with the support team to determine trends and iterate on designs to improve stability.
• Designing and planning the layout of AV system, including Audio, video and lighting, to meet the specific requirements of different hospital areas, such as Auditorium, conference rooms and patient rooms.

Responsibilities

• Providing recommendations and implementing upgrades or new AV solutions to support the hospital’s evolving needs and address emerging requirements.
• Clearly communicate and document processes to team, vendors, and partners.
• Selecting and integrating appropriate AV equipment, such as projectors, displays, speakers, microphones and control system.
• Assist in the development of processes and standards for conference room designs and support across several different environment.
• Works with integrators and project managers to ensure proper implementation.
• Expertise in processing control, routing, and audio video signal flow with broadcast software
• Ensuring the AV systems comply with relevant healthcare regulations, such as patient privacy, infection control, and safety standards

Position Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Hospital background
