Accountant - Receivable

Job Purpose
Follow up of payments from customers, Bank transfer posting, CDC / PDC posting, filling of documents, Customers reconciliations.
Job Responsibilities
- Banking - Daily prepare receipts of current dated cheques and due PDCs.
- Prepare receipts of bank transfer
- Prepare manual receipts for cheques collected by sales teams
- Prepare receipts for new PDCs
- Update new PDCs in customer ledger
- Update KYC documents in to compliance report
- Follow up payments with overdue customers.
- Monthly send statement of account to customers
- Maintain filling system
- Releasing of SRVs
- Reconciliation of customers’ accounts
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Higher degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience
- Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in receivables management; and general accounting
Knowledge & Skills
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective Communication skills
- Good knowledge in SAP
