Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in accounting, within the immigration consultancy industry , proficiency in Tally ERP 9, and fluency in both Hindi and English. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication abilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax.
- Prepare financial statements and develop budgets according to schedules.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and propose effective resolutions.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues, and determine budget variances.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting.
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team on financial projects and strategic planning.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Accountant, preferably in the immigration consultancy industry.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.
- Excellent understanding of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles for analyzing financial reports and forecasts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
