1. Have experience to follow up all issues and rent committee for the property.
2. Follow up Property tenant contract expiry.
3. Follow up cases/issues of the properties.
4. Remind all dated cheques to be deposit.
5. Arrange the overall property list.
6. Manage property maintenance and tenants complaints.
7. Know have to deal with clients and all issues of the property.
*Preferably have LAW degree
*With at least 2yrs experience with the same field
*Must have driving license
