Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and preparing financial reports. This role requires a high level of integrity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry:
• Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems.
• Maintain and update financial records and databases.
• Checking Invoices:
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all invoices are approved and processed in a timely manner.
• Bank Reconciliation:
• Reconcile bank statements with company records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Finalizing Financial Reports:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure financial statements comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• General Ledger Maintenance:
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of journal entries and adjustments.
• Other Duties:
• Provide support to the finance team as needed.
• Participate in financial projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of [1] years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
