Own the full UI/UX design process, from conceptualizing game flows to preparing source files.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across all platforms.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.
Create interactive designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure that all interactions are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for users.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improving the user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance design processes and deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Familiarity with Casino field (live casino, slots).
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, In Vision, or similar.
Proficient in User Flow Development.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
Understanding of current web/mobile UI trends.
Implement and maintain design system and components, design versioning management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
Animation and motion design skills.
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
