Product Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Product Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible the business management of company products and its commercial success, effective execution of the product strategy, product roadmap ownership. This role requires a deep understanding of the gambling industry, mainly casino, but other related sectors as well.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with CPO on defining long term strategy, translating business strategy into a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities to improve and offer better products to the market.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and define high level product specifications.
- Work closely with business analysts to transform high level requirements into user stories, support business analysts with any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, suggestions, and issues.
- Proven track record of 3+ years working as a Casino Product Manager or Owner in the gambling industry, with hands-on experience in sports betting, online casino, or related domains.
- Deep understanding of the gambling industry landscape, including key players, market dynamics, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Work Life Balance:
- 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days).
- Extra leave days for every extra year at the company – 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
- 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note).
