SALES MANAGER
Code IT is a software development company. We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are a passionate and ambitious worker we encourage you to apply to an open position. In our Sales Department, you can contribute your own ideas and develop your skills further.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 1+ years experience in IT Sales services
- Mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and quickly adapt to the changing industry
- Fluent both speaking and written English
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Ability to travel, as needed
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Understanding of IT industry, software development processes
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, RUP)
- Higher education in information technology or related fields
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Meeting planned sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Proactively build sales through inbound/outbound lead prospecting
- Engage prospective customers via all channels
- Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts
- Maintain and expand the database of prospect
- Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Properly document all activity via company CRM tool
- Closely cooperate with the marketing team
