You are:
- Completed high education;
- Experienced in Recruitment (1+ years);
- Good knowledge of recruiting assessment tools;
- A great comunicator, team player and able to engage the attention of candidates for our positions;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Learning agility and analytical skills;
- Confident in English on Upper-Intermediate level
- Source and select candidates for tech & non-tech positions
- Establish a strong cooperation with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner with the highest quality;
- Create pool of candidates to ensure the execution of recruitment strategy;
- Coordinate the cooperation with the recruitment agencies;
- Conduct Trainings for Employees and people managers on the recruitment-related matters;
- Participate in Employer Branding events and initiatives;
