We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Project Coordinator to join our team and lead several projects for US-based customers.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in project management/coordination positions;
- Theoretical but strong knowledge in Project Management areas and methods;
- Proven track record for successfully delivering small/medium-sized projects in the IT field;
- Understanding of software development life cycle;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum process;
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;
- Desire and ability to learn and develop;
- At least Upper-intermediate English level.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the Agile methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development;
- Transparency over the project deliverables;
- Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning;
- Setup of general reporting practices;
- Manage the team of developers;
- Participating in roadmap development, its execution control.
