Engineering plays a critical role in the key technical and general operational changes, initiatives, new technologies AUTOMATIONS programs across Novomoskovsk site, collaborating with suppliers, and driving improvements through automation and digitalization.
As a member of our team, you will make a significant impact by implementing various projects within the Making and Packing operation both Liquids and dry product at Novomoskovsk Plant in general. You will work with open-minded people and receive ongoing help and support from your manager.
Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, applying data analytics and problem-solving skills, and maximising technology to optimize business processes and drive efficiency. You will contribute to the overall success of the Fabric & Home care Engineering and the Plant, helping to ensure smooth operational initiatives, efficient resource allocation, and effective change management.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary starting from 125 000 gross
- Free lunch and transportation to the plant
- Medical, travel, and life insurance
- Relocation and housing support 12 000 RUB net per month in case of relocation >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications
- Higher technical education degree
- Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
- At least an Intermediate level of English
- Learning agility and attention to detail
- Strong analytical abilities including Excel skills.
- Work experience with CAD drawings
- Previous work experience in Engineering
