We are searching for an Operational Risk Manager to cover the risk management at the company, including its regulatory aspect.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

build and supervise account and transaction monitoring process to identify and predict risky behavior that could result in losses for Solidgate
scale risk processes to cover an increasingly large and complex landscape of payment risks and effectively design and automate manual/repetitive workflows
work with internal teams like Analytics, Compliance and Merchant Operations to tailor fraud risk management techniques to different geographies, payment methods and industries
challenge the card and alternative payments industry status quo to help innovative businesses to flourish online
effectively cooperate with card schemes and other regulatory bodies for risk-related issued

Our expectations from the candidate:

3+ years of professional experience in a similar position
Advanced level of English
Analytical mindset combined with repetitive examples of exceeding expectations and raising the bar in your previous workplaces
