We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Payroll Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process weekly payroll for the US employees
Manage and record the weekly invoices into computerized software programs;
Ensure the withholding and/or deductions associated with net pay is done properly;
Analyze and resolve pay discrepancies and address issues;
Schedule and process supplemental payrolls and on-demand payments, as required;
Maintain employee payroll records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures;
Maintain relationships with third-party service providers;
Provide reports as requested by internal managers;
Perform or assist with various accounting responsibilities, including monthly journal entries and account reconciliations as needed. Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting closes by providing related payroll information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred)
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Experience with US GAAP (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines
General understanding of accounting practices and principles
Experience with automated accounting programs and systems
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to apply discretion and trust with confidential material
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data
Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
