In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, Cera Ve, Skin Ceuticals). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Medical Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing medical communications strategy, tools and content in line with brand priorities to build awareness, loyalty and extend brand purpose.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Medical Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing medical communications strategy, tools and content in line with brand priorities to build awareness, loyalty and extend brand purpose.
- Create a medical communications strategy, B2B action plan as part of an omni-channel approach
- Developing long-term relationships with KOLs and ROLs to increase trust and influence in the industry
- Identify relevant key opinion leaders in the medical industry
- Responsible for scientific and competitive monitoring in medical fields, processing and analysing all information (panels, competitors)
- Strengthen close partnerships with physician organisations, medical associations and e-learning platforms. Develop a plan to intensify physician education in O+O channels in collaboration with them.
- Define and monitor performance indicators for each communication channel (reach, frequency, etc.), develop new channels (professional platforms, telemedicine)
- Make proposals to optimise ROI and improve the level of communication.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Degree in Medicine/Pharmacy
- Lead and manage cross-functional and collaborative team projects
- Ability to easily build relationships in a team, argue and present your ideas
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in multi-task mode and meet deadlines
- English Upper-Intermediate
