KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Channel Manager B&M, you will be responsible for working with key offline clients and partners and developing business in this channel.

Develop and implement the business development strategy for the offline channel and brand representation in the offline channel.
Build strong partnerships with key customers, conduct annual/quarterly negotiations to increase sales and achieve the unit's results: turnover, market share, profit.
Manage client sales growth and profitability in line with company and business unit objectives, analysing sales levels.
Create and implement an annual business plan, taking into account all levels of growth: commercial contracts, promotional plans, online merchandising, profitability, terms and conditions, etc.
Work with category management and special projects, other tools to accelerate the growth of the channel in general and customers in particular.
Monitor client performance against the business plan and develop alternative strategies where necessary.
Effective cooperation with marketing, finance and retail teams to implement annual business plans for clients
Coordinate work with logistics and customer service departments

YOUR BACKGROUND

At least 3-5 years' relevant experience in sales
Deep understanding of various sales mechanics, tools for influencing the growth of sales figures
Ability to analyse client performance and profitability, identify consumer trends and insights
Experience of conducting complex commercial negotiations, strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
English Upper-Intermediate
