Are you passionate about Information Security & Technology? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Hire to Retire (User&Role Management team)
You are:
- Experienced in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, User Support Activities; SAP management will be an advantage;
- A professional with understanding of Project Management;
- Quick learner and adaptable to uncertain situations;
- A great communicator and a team player;
- Confident in English on at least Intermediate level
With you we will:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to security role coordination, reporting, cross-market issues.
- Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or via email. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
- Write training manuals, train computer users, gain feedback from customers about role coordination;
- Determine the nature of the problem, run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
- Check conflicts of role assignment
