Junior Graphic Designer
OUR HIRING PROCESS:
- We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

We are looking for a creative person who already knows something about design and is eager to develop in this direction. For our part, we are ready to provide a wide range of tasks - from web design and presentation creation to logo development and specialized sales material.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and updating of marketing materials: PDF, infographics, presentations;
- Design of banners for social networks;
- Participation in the development of logos for new projects;
- Participation in updating the design of sites;
- Maintain a superior attention to detail;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best design practices to continually improve the quality and efficiency of your work;
- Effectively manage your time, meet all deadlines;
- Have a sense of humor and an egoless approach to doing extraordinary work;

Stay proactive, accountable, and responsive, adapting to any situation.
Requirements:
- 0.5 - 1 year of experience experience in graphic design, with the first works in your portfolio that you are proud of;
- Knowledge and experience in the following design tools: Figma, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design, Adobe XD;
- Сonfident knowledge in Microsoft Power Point and Google Slides;
- Сlear understanding of the principles and best practices of responsive design;
- An inventive, original thinker;
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic;

Proficiency in English, equivalent to B1 level or higher.
Additional qualifications that would be considered a plus:
- Experience in animation, video editing, or 3D graphics;
- Working skills in After Effect;
- Experience with generative AI tools.
