You are:
- University degree (bachelor/master/specialist: business, technical, mathematical or similar)
- Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial
- Experience in systems for the Management of Material Master Data Processes (Workflows, DQ KPIs, Mass Maintenance)
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
- Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Ability to think outside of the box and possessing an internal drive to continuously improve ways of working / processes
- English Upper Intermediate
With you We will:
- Participate / contribute with Transition Leads on executing the roadmap for Solution rollout and obtaining the required knowledge to execute given tasks
- Manage the preliminary activities with the project Sponsor to gather sufficient information on the business requirement.
- Ensure the day to day management of the Project through assignment of project work, mobilisation of required resources, monitoring and reporting on key dimensions. Manage delivery with the Project sponsors expectations and tolerances. Ensures quality assurance standards are applied. Manage timely decision process.
- Ensure the Project output has been delivered and reviews whether the objectives and Business Case assumptions been achieved
- Ensure implementation and execution of team’s daily activities and functions in Business Rules creation facilitation and follow up (in alignment with IT MD, SBU and Category), as well as documentation to ensure sustainable operations
- Support and drive synergy building between automation and DQM Teams
