With you we will
- Build strong relationships with site leaders to attract and develop top talent for our success
- Leverage your pragmatic approach and change management expertise to manage succession planning, organizational design, and training leadership strategies
- Design and implement successful competency frameworks for enhancing employee skills and awareness
- Enhance employee experience and engagement through targeted initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging
- Establish strong, customer-facing relationships with key stakeholders on site and globally
You have
- University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/Management/HR
- Ability to offer insights and support in areas such as talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in HR technologies and data analytics for informed decision-making and process improvements
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR industry trends and best practices
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a positive work culture
- Respect for various cultures within Nestle, with upper-intermediate/advanced English (spoken & written) proficiency
- Upper-Intermediate/advanced knowledge of English (spoken & written)
