HR Business Partner (Hybrid, 1-2 office days per week)
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced International HR Business Partner to independently lead and support a range of HR operations across EMEA, North America, and APAC. This role is critical in driving global organisational development and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive HR support and expert advisory services to all Crystal employees and consultants, including senior management.
Design, transform, and implement HR processes and policies to meet organizational needs.
Lead and manage company-wide HR initiatives, such as grading, performance management, talent development, compensation reviews, and training programs.
Oversee onboarding, termination, and adaptation processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Regularly review and update Crystal’s benefits programs, ensuring employees are appropriately enrolled and informed.
Collaborate with outsourcing providers to guarantee top-tier HR service delivery.
Organise team building events 3-4 times per year.
Stay informed on the latest HR trends and best practices, integrating them into Crystal’s operations as appropriate.
Requirements and Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant international experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Studies, Business Administration, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of contemporary HR best practices.
Proven experience working across business functions and with senior leadership teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with solid experience in HRIS systems (experience with Bamboo HR is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year.
Willingness to work from our Kyiv office 1-2 days per week.
